GROUNDBREAKING CELEBRATION FOR LUXURY CONDOS ON TIERRA VERDE’S SUNSET POINTE AT COLLANY KEY

April 19, 2016

[Tierra Verde, FL] Sunset Pointe at Collany Key will celebrate the groundbreaking for the first of four luxury condominium buildings on Thursday, March 24 from 5–8 pm, with the Groundbreaking Ceremony at 6pm.

“Even though this is a groundbreaking event, our future homeowners and prospects will be stunned to see the construction progress so far,” states J. Mark Stroud, Manager of Collany Key Development I, LLC, the projects’ developer. “This is, without question, the most desirable parcel of waterfront real estate on the entire west coast of Florida” said Stroud. “This long awaited project represents the first new community on the island in over twelve years, and we look forward to being a member of the Tierra Verde Community”.

Ed Medley, owner and broker for Equity Consultants, Inc., who handles sales for the developer states “Sales and interest have been strong with over 60% of the project sold to date.” Medley notes that there are still several very well-priced waterfront units available, but they won’t last long!”

Dignitaries attending the groundbreaking include County Commissioner John Morroni, Tampa Bay Watch President Peter Clark, Tierra Verde Business Partnership President Hunter Grose and Beach Chamber of Commerce CEO Robin Sollie among others.

The groundbreaking will take place near the white sand beach with island music, cocktails, heavy hors d’oeuvres and a tropical sunset making for a picture perfect media opportunity.
